It’s about time I share this amazing pancake recipe with you all! I watched a ton of YouTube videos on how to make these and I’ve finally developed my own recipe.
You can also use the same batter to make waffles if you have a waffle maker. Sadly, I do not own one as of right now, so I’ll be a little jealous if you do. 😉
These pancakes are

Get ready to make these babies with the following ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 cup raw cane sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 + 1/4 cup plain unsweetened almond or soy milk
1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
In a large bowl whisk together all of the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and stir to combine. Let the batter rest for about 3-5 minutes before cooking. In a non-stick skillet or sauté pan on medium heat cook the pancakes to desired size and color. Flip when you begin to see the edges lightly brown, and bubbles forming on the top of the pancake.
You’ll be left with a big warm plate of deliciousness that you can top with whatever you would like.
I put real maple syrup and fresh raspberries on mine and enjoyed every single bite. ❤
