Let’s begin shall we?

The little card they send in the box is always so cute!

Nail Couture Lauren B. Beauty Beverly Hills in “Departing LAX”

This nail polish line has some super pretty colors. It can be purchased for $18, which is normal for some higher end brands. The formula contains no Dibutyl Phthalate, Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, or Camphor. I was sent a very shimmery shade that looks pretty cool! I hope I can get other colors to try out. Pardon my itty bitty nails, they all broke off and haven’t grown in yet 😦 The polish went on evenly with two coats, and dried rather fast to my surprise. Definitely a win!

Peaceful Purity Tonique by Blissoma

This toner can be purchased at full size for $32. I received a sample of one of their three kinds of toners. I do not like this one at all. It claims to be a hydrating mist, and you can also set mineral/powder foundation with it. I tried it on my bare face, as well as with makeup on, and I was very unhappy. It literally smells like you are spraying diluted vinegar on your face. I don’t recommend this product at all, but I would try the other kinds they offer if you want to give these a go.

UltraShine Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner by EVOLVh

These babies can be purchased at full size for $24 (the shampoo) and $25 (the conditioner). I have been using these samples on my hair for about two weeks, and I have some awesome things to say about both. The shampoo gets really foamy and sudsy, which makes me feel like I’m getting a deep clean on my scalp. It also smells so incredibly clean and fresh, which I don’t typically like as much as fruity and tropical scents, but this one changes that! The conditioner smells about the same, which I love. It makes my hair feel as soft as a baby, and it keeps my hair smelling clean for several days after I’ve washed it. My only complaint is that I have a hard time working the conditioner through my hair, and it doesn’t seem to feel right in my hair (hard to explain, but some of you may know what I mean). I highly recommend you try these!

Which brings me to my next topic… I need your feedback and suggestions! I have been posting content for a while now that is chosen by me and is geared towards what I am interested in sharing about. I would love to hear more about what you like and what kinds of subjects you want to read about and see the most! I created a small survey so you can share your thoughts with me. The answers will help me craft posts that more of you will be interested in, and hopefully share with others!

Thank you for reading, and I’ll see you all next week with more (there’s another recipe coming! 😉 )
